MANNDIBULL aka FICUS is a part of CATERVA live act . He plays solo live acts, crossing downbeat, dub, hipop, to dubstep and “electro-ragga”. MANnDIBULL begin composing electronic music and playing live act on a island with crazy MC in 1998… it’s at this moment, he met the underground tekno scene who show him that it’s possible to play on big sound systems, everywhere and everyday! This meeting send him to strasbourg, where he found other crazy friends with he create one of the first dubstep label in france , SENS INVERSE and one the first dubstep live act, CATERVA. After 6 years to play breakbeat and drum’n'bass, all around Europe, he decide to comeback to downbeat and DUB music.

18 years old, produce under Retto,started putting together few beats last year put only recently within the last few months have i started to get serious, influenced by many genres but some of my favourites are Grime, Garage, D&B, Bassline/ Funky House and of course Dubstep!

When making tracks i never normally have what i wont to make in mind i just go with the flow, but a lot of the time it will reflect my mood. Other things i like are House partys, Drinking, discovering new places+people and photography.
